Vodafone has started selling 4G services in Kerala and Mysore in Karnataka and it is gear up to launch the latest services in the region soon and expected to continue in major metros like Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
Apoorva Mehrotra, business head Delhi & NCR, Vodafone India said in a statement “We want to make the transition to 4G smooth and seamless for our 10 million customers in Delhi & NCR. We want them to be 4G-ready so that they start experiencing the benefits of high speed mobile internet services as soon as they are launched commercially.”
The telco started selling 4G SIMs in Mumbai on 6 January and has been testing the services in a number of markets after first rolling out the services in Kochi on 14 December. The Vodafone users don’t need to wait for the services to launch in their city. They just have to follow simple and easy steps right now and you can enjoy services on your same phone number.
Just check by calling on customer care number for availability of 4G sims on your city store. Also note that Vodafone in some regions is offering 1GB free data on your 4G Sim. The data will be avail when i will be launched in your city.

Vodafone is one of three telcos in the country that has started rolling out the high speed wireless data services. The others include Bharti Airtel Ltd and Idea Cellular Ltd. All three telcos are launching the services ahead of the commercial launch of Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. 4G services, which is likely in April-May 2016.
