The Microsoft Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL smartphones has now launched in India officially and at a very affordable prices that was announced in Mobile World Congress held last month. The company in past acquired Nokia’s handset division in USD 7.2 Billion in 2014. At that time company was having only single 4G smartphone only Lumia 638 in Indian market. The company already announced that it is having many 4G devices in their portfolio just a single step away as soon as infrastructure is ready it will bring more 4G devices in the market one by one. The company plans is to launch more 4G devices very soon after the high speed Internet service will be ready in the country.
After this success many competitors in the market has launched the 4G devices in the market. Airtel and Aircel are the only two operators that offering 4G services in many parts of the company at a line price of Rs. 10,000. The operators launched many devices like Lenovo A6000 and Lenovo A7000, Yu’s Yureka and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G. Meanwhile Microsoft launched Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL in India officially at an affordable prices of Rs 11,999 and Rs 15,799 . Lumia 640 will be available at Flipkart and Lumia 640 XL will be available exclusively at retail stores.
